Summer Training - Friday 5:30 pm at Bridge Lane Appleton
Winter Training (Nov - March) - Friday 5:00 pm at Lymm RUFC AGP
Match Day Home Games - Sunday 10 am at Grapenhall Sports Club

We are a big friendly family of a rugby team and will always welcome new players. We’re supported by a dedicated team of coaches and have a fabulous group of players, parents / carers who are all focused on having fun and working together. We’re building a successful team and we’re building character in individuals.
This season sees the introduction of rucks, mauls and uncontested scrums for the U10s as we continue to move up the age grades of rugby. We have a focussed and trained bunch of coaches who ensure each and every player learns new skills safely and effectively.
We train every week on Thursday evenings and play matches across the North West almost every Sunday morning from September to the end of April. Our team ethos is underpinned by the Core Values (TREDS) of the RFU.

All Coaches are DBS checked and at varied stages of Rugby Trained Qualifications. Our Lead Coaches are trained in First Aid and Safeguarding.
